What is Diploma in Food & Beverages Management?

The Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM) in Food and Beverage Management is a specialized educational programme designed to produce skilled professionals for the food and beverage industry, including hospitality, restaurants, catering, and related sectors. This diploma emphasizes the technical, managerial, and ethical aspects of food and beverage operations. Students gain hands-on training in F&B operations, customer service, food preparation and presentation, and resource management, equipping them with the practical skills and knowledge needed to excel in the industry.
