The Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) Programme is an alternative pathway that enables experienced industry professionals to obtain a Diploma in Food & Beverage Management based on their existing work experience, without the need to attend full-time formal classes.
Introduced by the Department of Skills Development (JPK), Malaysia, this programme provides official recognition to skilled and experienced workforce members who have been actively serving in the hospitality and food & beverage industry but do not yet possess formal certification.
