Beginning with programmes in basic technical training, information technology, logistics, and digital marketing, GTA has steadily expanded its offerings to meet industry demands. Today, the institution proudly operates as GTA TVET International College, providing diploma programmes in Food and Beverage Management and continuing its mission to develop skilled, competent, and industry-ready professionals through quality TVET education.

Founder Message

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Genius Training Academy (GTA) is Dr. Sundararajan Murugeya, who brings over 20 years of progressive experience in the education industry. He is a highly qualified and well-trained CEO with a comprehensive approach to leadership. Dr. Sundararajan is a results-driven leader with a strong focus on business development, decision-making, and systematic processes. He is actively involved in managing the Corporate Training division and also serves as Chairman in several non-profit organizations. Driven by his passion, he ventured into educational management and consultancy, offering skills-based training and coaching with the aim of developing competent and well-trained individuals. His dedication to training and consultancy led him to establish GTA International TVET College, which also collaborates with some of the city’s leading management consultants and trainers. He is a seeker of advanced technology, efficiency, humanity, and the arts. As such, he designs training programs, consultancy services, and other activities aimed at creating employment opportunities. Dr. Sundararajan is also open to new ideas, start-up projects, and creative initiatives that can leverage his global experience and expertise.
